Rates:

VOS are happy to advise you of our hourly rate which is determined by the level of assistance you require. Please fill in your requirements & we will return a free quote.

We also provide a “per assignment” rate for those larger projects, which we will happily provide a free quote for. Please fill in your requirements. A deposit of 50% is required before commencement of larger projects.

You can also avail of our Monthly Retainer Package options:
This is where we reserve & commit to a certain amount of hours per month for your business only. You can use these hours throughout any calendar month as needed. This is an excellent economical option for your business if you have regular ongoing administrative needs.

Business Package 1.     5 Hours Per Month charged @ 20E per hour

Business Package 2.     10 Hours Per Month charged @ 18E per hour

Business Package 3.     20 Hours Per Month charged @ 16E per hour

Business Package 4.     30 Hours Per Month charged @ 14E per hour

* Please note that retainer fees are non refundable, however, you may carry over a maximum of 5 unused hours into the next calendar month.

Payment – we accept payment by Cheque (made payable to Virtual Office Services), bank draft & electronic transfer. All payments are due within 10 days of receipt of invoice. All prices shown are exclusive of VAT.

Agreement – we ask all new Clients to sign a simple agreement that outlines all expectations of both VOS & you, the Client, in order to avoid any misunderstandings & ensure your satisfaction is garaunteed.
